Science fiction and fantasy writer TANITH LEE, author of 91 books, was presented with a richly deserved LIFE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD at the World Fantasy Convention 2013 in Brighton.

Published in 1999, Silver Metal Lover was optioned by a film company. As is the way of such things, the film was not made.
BUT, a new option has been brokered in very recent months – so we may yet see one of Britain’s most imaginative writers come to the big screen.
